
    <p>Terms and Policy Agreement</p>
    <ul>
        <li>Guests are permitted one free amendment to their booking. Any further rescheduled or amendments will incur a £20 reschedule fee.

        <li>
            Reschedules will not be made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. Any amendments to bookings made within the 24 hours will incur a £20 reschedule fee. This includes bookings which are made less than 24 hours prior to appointment.  Any rescheduling must be made over the phone or via email during Komnata Working Hours over 11am-10pm only. Any guests who have not received a confirmation from the Komnata Quest Team will not have been rescheduled. Please endure you have received a confirmation email to avoid any fee.

            Guests must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled game for registration and orientation. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.
        <li> Please note at peak times (Friday-Sunday) guests must arrive 10 minutes before their booking is due start. Guests who arrive 5 minutes or more after their allotted time will not be able to play their adventure with us and will need to reschedule with a £20 fee or miss their experience with us.
        <li>
            You may modify, change your booking up to 24 hours before your reservation with no penalty or fees. However, within 24 hours of your reservation there are no refunds or booking modifications. If you need to change your booking within 24 hours of your reservation, you have only one option: You can move your booking to a different day/time for a £20 change fee. Please understand that these policies are in place because if a group cancels or moves their reservation within 24 hours, it’s difficult to get those vacated slots filled on such short notice, which means we lose out on that business.<br>

            If you running late for your booking, call ASAP. You will find contact information for your location in the Contact Us page.

        <li>
            In the case of any global pandemic/epidemic/ cataclysm beyond our control, bookings will automatically be placed onto a Gift Voucher to be redeemed at any date and time in the future with no expiration date.
        <li>Any promotional codes that have been applied to your booking will only be valid once.
        <li>If you have used a promotional code to book your experience with us, this code will not be applicable or cover any extra people. Extra guests will have to pay the full price for that particular time slot/day. 
        <li>If you have booked an experience with us using a promotional code, we are able to change this experience to another game, however, we are unable to refund the difference between the two games if there is a price difference between them.
        <li>All bookings that are made with promotional codes are non-refundable. 
        <li>If you have booked an experience with us without using a promotional code, we are unable to alter your booking to add a promotional code after the booking has been made.
