
    <p>Terms and Policy Agreement</p>
    <p>Please carefully read our policies as it contains important information you will need to
            know before attending your quest:
        </p>
    <ul>
            <li>1 All team members must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to sign in, fill out
            a waiver and take care of any restroom needs before beginning the quest.
            <br>a. If you are running 10-15 minutes late to your scheduled time or start 10-15
            minutes late, our game masters reserve the right to cut down your game time in
            order to be fair to the next teams.
            <br>b.Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted.
            <br>If your game is scheduled for 9:00pm, your party must arrive at 8:45 pm to
            guarantee entrance. If your party arrives anytime past 9:00 pm, you will not be
            allowed inside the room.
            <li>2 If you are playing Bullets and Broken Hearts, Joker’s Cafe or Saint Angelo’s Castle
            please note that these are PUBLIC rooms. If you do not show up within the first 10
            minutes of the booking you will have to reschedule your reservation with our $30
            rescheduling fee.
            <li>3 All visitors must be at least 14 years old . Visitors playing Bullets and Broken Hearts and
            City of Ashes must be 16 +, unless they have permission from a legal guardian.
            <li>4 Visitors suffering from moderate to severe claustrophobia, fear of the dark, anxiety or
            epilepsy as well as guests who are pregnant should play with caution and ask for more
            details about our courses to determine if that particular course is right for you.
            <li>5 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide any refunds, including partial refunds for
            no-show or game cancelation due to a late arrival.
            <li>6 All reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time by calling
            347-551-4808. Any cancellations or missed bookings are non-refundable. However we
            are happy to move your game to a future availability as long as it's within our reschedule
            policy terms. There are no individual refunds for members of a team who are not
            present.
            <li>7 Reschedules are free up until 24 hours prior to your reservation. Same day reschedules
            are subjected to a $30 rescheduling fee.
            <li>8 All corporate events (bookings for more than 10 people or 2+ escape rooms) are subject

        <li>9 Komnata Quest is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
        <li>
            10 Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
        <li>
            11 Komnata Quest reserves the right to remove guests or groups for any inappropriate,
            disruptive, or harassing behavior towards other guests, staff members, or equipment.
            Refunds for such removals will not be issued.
        <li>
            12 The player waiver must be signed by all guests prior to the start of the adventure.
        <li>
            13 C ustomers are responsible to adhere to the age requirements for each room.
        <li>
            14 Please note - we have two separate Brooklyn locations !
            Please carefully read in your booking information which location you are to report to.
            St Angelo's Castle, Bullets and Broken Hearts, and Joker's Cafe is located at 67 West
            Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
            The Hex of Chinese Jewelry Box, Dr.Frankenstein and City of Ashes are located at 104
            West in Greenpoint, Brooklyn off the Greenpoint Ave G train stop.
            These locations are only 1 block away from each other.
