Komnata Quest Boston is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Game Hosts.

About the company:

Komnata Quest is a global franchise network of escape rooms with 95 locations in 37 cities of the United States, Europe, and Russia. An "escape room” is an immersive, interactive game that challenges people’s problem-solving skills and captures their imagination. Teams of players enter a specially designed and decorated space, which reflects a particular plot and setting and contains many different puzzles and clues. The players’ goal is to solve the puzzles, uncover the story and escape within a fixed time frame. Game Hosts help us make these quests a fun, safe and memorable experience for our clients.

Game Host responsibilities include:

• - communicating with guests
• - monitoring games
• - staging and resetting the escape rooms
• - answering phone calls and managing the reservation system
• - performing maintenance
• - running other job-related errands

Qualifications:

• - Great communication skills
• - Positive, friendly attitude
• - Attention to detail
• - Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
• - Interest in logic related puzzles and games
• - Accessibility to the company office
• - High school diploma
• - Prior customer service/retail experience preferred

Job type: Part-time

Schedule: Flexible hours, including both weekday and weekend shifts, as well as late hours

Compensation: Starting rate $12.00/hour with possible bonus opportunities
