Komnata Quest Manhattan

- All sales are final: no full refunds
  - Partial refunds are permitted for individual tickets to private rooms after finishing the room with a 2+ person team.
    ○ Individual tickets to public rooms are non-refundable.
    ○ This does not include deposits for Large Group Events, which are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
    ○ Any refunds issued due to circumstances outside Komnata Quest’s control will incur a $10 processing fee.
- A maximum of 2 reschedules may be made up to 24 hours before scheduled reservation.
- Reschedules will not be made less than 24 hours before scheduled reservation.
  -This includes bookings which are made less than 24 hours prior to appointment.
- Guests must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled game for registration and orientation.
- Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.
- Payments from missed appointments (Late/ No-Show) will be retained as a no-reservation credit.
  - A no-reservation credit may not be used to book a reservation for a specific appointment slot. No-reservation credits may only be used on site and may only be used towards open games 10 min before their scheduled start time.
    ○ Example: A team arrives to Komnata Quest Manhattan with a no-reservation credit hoping to enter an open game scheduled for 5:00. Only if the appointment slot is still open at 4:50, will the team be guaranteed this appointment.
  - No-reservation credits may only be used for open appointments on weekdays (Mon-Thurs). No-reservation credits may not be used towards weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) or holiday open appointments.
  - No-reservation credits expire 90 days after original booking.
  - This does not include deposits for Large Group Events, which are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- Komnata Quest is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
- Komnata Quest reserves the right to remove guests or groups for any inappropriate, disruptive, or harassing behavior towards other guests, staff members, or equipment. Refunds for such removals will not be issued.
- The player waiver must be signed by all guests.
- Please be aware of the different age restrictions to each game.
